Right now, they’re looking for a Senior Paid Performance Specialist (Meta-first) who loves the craft of paid media and wants the space to do it properly.

This is what they’re looking for 👀

Someone who:

·     Is very strong in Meta Ads Manager (this is non-negotiable)

·     Enjoys going deep on conversion tracking, testing, optimisation and attribution

·     Can confidently lead paid strategy and client conversations

·     Likes turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

·     Takes ownership, thinks commercially and doesn’t need micromanaging

·     Works well with creatives and content teams (no silos here)

·     This role isn’t about ticking boxes or “just running ads”. It’s about thinking, recommending, testing and constantly improving.

What you’ll actually be doing

·     Leading Meta-first paid media strategies across a mix of eCommerce, service and brand-led clients

·     Managing your own client accounts end-to-end (strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting)

·     Owning conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and platform pixels

·     Running structured A/B testing and creative experimentation

·     Partnering with content and creative teams to make ads that actually convert

·     Presenting insights and next steps clearly, without jargon
